Parcel #1 – Nichols Farm

Whitetail-Deer-4

Approximately 20 acres, this is a small parcel of land that is mostly open with alfalfa & clover. However, this is one of the best funnels you could ever imagine with some big oak timber and a few acres of pine as well. It also has a large stocked pond for you to enjoy. Deer travel through this property so stand hunting is a must. On 3/27/2007 I picked up a set of sheds from a 5x7 non-typical on this piece. Probably a 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 year old buck.

As a hunting guide and outfitter, I am very proud of the fact that of all the clients, friends, and family members I have guided over the years, they ALL have either passed up shots, missed or harvested deer on my managed and protected properties. I have a 100% shooting opportunity record! I started guiding professionally in the late 80’s and as far as I know I was the 1st full time, professional native whitetail outfitter in Ohio. So not trying to blow my own horn, I feel the need to stress my track record as a way of saying I know what I am doing when managing property to produce deer. I know where to place stands to harvest those deer, and this knowledge and experience goes with these Parcels.
