Seasonal Lease Properties for Deer Hunting at Ohio Whitetail Deer Outfitters

We occasionally have property that is located futher from the lodges and we don’t hunt it by the week, we will just lease it out for the season. Our properties we hunt by the week is usually located within just a few miles from the lodges.

Remember that seasonal properties will usually not be patrolled for trespassers as well as our other properties. Boundary lines could be depicted only with survey ribbon. It’s hard to say but I want to say that most properties for a general hunting lease have not been protected and prepared, ready for high quality hunting.

We will list properties as they become available. If there are none listed, then we have none. I do not handle property I know will not be productive, therefore the list is going to be short.

New! I have a friend that has a 400 acre farm, it has been under Q.D.M. for many years. He is considering splitting the farm into smaller parcels, approximately 100 acres each and lease each parcel to a group of hunters for the season; he operates a quality Beef operation in Noble County, Ohio, just west of Seneca Lake.
